Hi,
We have obtained oxygen generation with two columns around 93-95% using the setup that has been given here at 1.5-3 bar pressure. We used Li-based zeolite.
However, we are facing a challenge that there is a fluctuation in the generation from 30-95% in 4-5 mins followed by 95-30% in the next 4-5 mins. So would like to know if you have observed any such behavior when running the system for longer duration.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
Sujit
Oxygen generation fluctuation
Re: Oxygen generation fluctuation
Hi Suijt,
awesome to see that you were able to reproduce our system! Are you using an oxygen tank after the two zeolite columns to have an even production flow?
Do you have a drying column installed before the zeolite columns? It could be that the air where you live is more humid than here in Europe and that the zeolite is taking up to much water.

Re: Oxygen generation fluctuation
Hi Julian,
Yes, we have a small tank through which we are controlling the flow.
Good idea about drying air! Will check out. By the way, we used 2 silica columns that has worked well so far. Thanks for the inputs.
